The Challenge

Our client employs approximately 116,000 people across various ministries and departments. This includes many managers responsible for overseeing different sectors and ensuring the effective implementation of policies and regulations.  

In 2022, Group Moovs was selected to develop and execute a blended leadership training program for newly assigned managers, equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively lead their teams.

Our Solution

The training program we developed includes the design of an overarching concept and the content for the modules:  

  • Me and Myself
  • Me and the Environment
  • Me and My Employee
  • Me and the Systems
  • Me and My Team

This content for each module consists of a blended training program, where participants gain knowledge through online modules in a Moodle learning Platform, learn in practice with workplace assignments, learn from trainers and each other via (online and offline) training sessions, and learn from each other participate in intervision meetings. Additionally, we offer a library of online modules and information for participants who wish to further their learning.

Result

The development phase of the project lasted 12 months in 2022/2023. The execution phase started in 2022 and is still active.
