The Challenge

Our client is a top global professional services firm operating in over 150 countries with more than 200,000 employees.  

The client wanted a training program to enhance the customer interaction skills of their talented professionals, working as Senior Consultants/Supervisors up to Managers from Assurance and Advisory, to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.

Our Solution

We developed and implemented a blended training program, which included digital learning content on Degreed, with classroom sessions, online modules, and workplace assignments. This program aimed to instill a client-centric mindset and develop lifelong skills beyond subject matter expertise for employees working as Senior Consultants/Supervisors up to Managers from Assurance and Advisory.  

The project included a year-long best year yet program and 'on the job' assignments.

Result

The development phase started at the beginning of 2021 and the execution phase started at the end of 2021 and still is active.
